I just did this. Top to bottom. Bottom back up. I. AM. GOING. TO. DIE. PainPainPain„ but it’s worth it.

God, I hope I like it.

Any tips on fixing it, or making it taste better? 

Bust: 32-34 inches
Waist: 23-25 inches
Hips: 33-35 inches 
Thighs: 18-20 inches


Is it true?

Starting at bust, ending with calves.

  • lower thighs

And I’m putting a makeshift length scale, and counting down the inches to my perfect body.

Wish me luck.

  • 30 squat thrusts
  • 50 ball crunches
  • 20 inner exercise ball with feet
  • 20 inner exercise ball with knees
  • 50 Russian ballerinas
  • 15 crunch twists
  • AND drink 2 liters of water
  • Little to no food.

And yet I still feel nothing. I think I should start stepping it up… I thought that would be enough, but I guess not. I’ll start running, too.
